Mariana Gomez, an unstoppable force on the soccer pitch, has been a captain and key piece of the girls varsity soccer team as defender and midfielder throughout her four years at Poly. Beyond Poly athletics, Gomez has also played on the Guam Women’s National Team and attended the U.S. Youth National Team Camp, two highly prestigious organizations. Thanks to her hard work, determination, and skills, Gomez will play Division 1 soccer at Princeton University. With her undeniable talent and compassionate energy, Gomez will certainly be missed at Poly, both on and off the field. At the same time, we are incredibly proud to watch her take this next step and wish her the best as a Tiger. Princeton is gaining an exceptional leader and athlete in Gomez, and they are lucky to welcome her into their community.
