This year, senior Noah Daniel debuted on Poly’s boys varsity soccer team for the first time, bringing 12 years of experience and a commanding presence on defense. As a center back, Daniel became a crucial asset, known for his imposing aggressiveness on the pitch and ability to shut down opposing attackers. His dedication not only led Poly to winning the CIF Southern Section this year but to the statewide regional championships, where the team’s impressive run ended. In the fall, Daniel will attend Division III Swarthmore College. Daniel has high aspirations; he aims to learn and grow as a player, win the league and then win the Division III championship. Daniel plans to study engineering, combining his passions for calculus and physics. We look forward to seeing all the amazing things he will accomplish.
