Water polo is a demanding sport that takes an immense amount of stamina, strength and physicality — qualities exemplified by senior Teddy Rountree-Shtulman, who consistently demonstrates his expertise in the sport every time he jumps into the pool. From his amazing finishes in set to his crucial blocks in set guard, his skills make him an exceptional water polo player. Not only is Rountree-Shtulman an elite athlete, but he is also a fantastic student, as this fall, he will attend Princeton University for psychology and NCAA Division 1 water polo. Teammates remark that playing under Rountree-Shtulman, a captain of the water polo team, was truly an honor, as they witnessed his dedication, hard work and leadership. Rountree-Shtulman led the team to many victories, including the quarter-finals of the Division III CIF playoffs. As Rountree-Shtulman embarks on his college career, we know that he will achieve great success both academically and athletically, and we are rooting him on.
